The aim of the Community Workers Co-operative is to promote and support community work as a means of addressing poverty, social exclusion and inequality and ultimately as a means of achieving social change that will contribute to the creation of a more just, sustainable and equal society.
Console was established in 2002 by Paul Kelly after he had experienced the grief of losing a loved one by Suicide. Console has developed into a National Organisation supporting people in Suicidal Crisis and those Bereaved by Suicide through Professional Counselling, Support and Helpline Services.
